LOL. The deluded twats didn't even manage to get six points.

More importantly, what the heck is a "sleepy giant"? Think the correct term is "sleeping giant".

But if they are indeed "sleepy" that might explain part of their problems this year.

They didn't wake up until they were 10 minutes from the end of what could well be their last CL campaign for some time.

Its the most passionate and knowledgeable fans in the world who I feel sorry for.

I don't get City hate from fellow LFC fans.

You've saved us from having to suffer through the rags running the football in England, while knocking down Arsenal (would-be direct competitors) down a couple of rungs.

You're nowhere near Chelsea as far as being cunts, and your players are remarkably likable (a rarely reported fact by the media).

I don't get City hate from fellow LFC fans.

You've saved us from having to suffer through the rags running the football in England, while knocking down Arsenal (would-be direct competitors) down a couple of rungs.

You're nowhere near Chelsea as far as being c**ts, and your players are remarkably likable (a rarely reported fact by the media).

It really only started last season, when we were competing directly. Until then I'd only ever had positive interactions with Liverpool fans, who I regarded as the most fair-minded around.

It really only started last season, when we were competing directly. Until then I'd only ever had positive interactions with Liverpool fans, who I regarded as the most fair-minded around.

I also think the recent vitriol has arisen as a result of it dawning on our Scouse cousins that we simply aren't going anywhere. They didn't mind us taking titles off Utd whilst there remained a possibility of us 'doing a Blackburn' and bequeathing the Scousers that top 4 space to which they feel so entitled. Now they've seen our new training complex and most recent financial figures, they've finally (!) worked out that they'll struggle to challenge us in the medium to long-term.

Some people point the finger without looking at themselves first superseiyan.
They will ignore things a genuine fan would acknowledge like brendan losing the plot a bit, defence etc. It is easier to blame all and sundry.

I always call it as it is city or not and don't get (like you) the venom shown towards us. It is a shame rawk is your main online presence as it would give someone uninitiated to footy a bad vibe about you.
I don't know any liverpool fans in real life that echo rawk in any way, that place is special hehe.

From what I'm told most of their actual fans use Kop Talk rather than RAWK, and generally can't stand it.

I think it's important to distinguish between 'Rawk' and 'Liverpool fans.' Rawk is to Liverpool fans what a hospital for the seriously mentally ill is to the general population. No, even that isn't fair. It only applies to the nutters on Rawk, of whom there seem to be a disproportionate number.
