Let's start thinking about this when we are out of sight in 2nd place. The three behind are getting a bit too close for my liking.

Me too. It's amazing what effect one round of fixtures can have - before the weekend we were aiming at closing the gap on Chelsea to 2 points, albeit having played a game more, but now I'm certainly looking behind us rather than in front and almost writing the league off and thinking I'd be happy to take 2nd place. The only thing I would say is that the chasing pack of Arsenal, United, and Liverpool all still have 2 games where they play against each other (Arse v Liverpool, Liverpool v United, United v Arse), plus they all still have to play Chelsea, so they're going to be taking points off each other. We need to take advantage of our kinder fixtures over the next few weeks, get as many points on the board as possible and see where it takes us.

Rodgers is talking again about tactics in way too much detail--I get that he's a football "wonk" but dude stoooooppp doing our opponents scouting for them!!

I've always hated liverpool, but he's took it to another level. There's nothing worse than someone who thinks they're better than there actual ability. You'd expect his arrogance off a manager with an outstanding record over a number of years.
