I've worked with a lot of Liverpool fans over the years and am working in Liverpool at the moment. I've always found the genuine fans to be top quality, very knowledgeable about football generally and good to talk to. Same for Everton fans. It's the ones on RAWK, who couldn't find Liverpool on a map who are the idiots.
 
Such a change to see them get the shitty end of the officiating at home.

Shame the rags had to be the beneficiaries.
 
Indeed......and taking the positive from that result......while 2nd spot is far from guaranteed,we'd now have to have the mother of all collapses not to secure Champs football next year.
 
It is weird how Liverpool nearly always seem to turn up when they play us. The only time I can remember us comprehensively outplaying them since the takeover was the 3-0 home win when Woy was their manager. This season's 3-1 home win was deserved in the end but they were the better team for most of the first half and when we beat them 3-0 in the season we won the league under Mancini they played well for much of that game too. In most of the other games during that period they've arguably been the better team yet today they were gash.
