We should view Liverpool as a serious potential opponents. They have the ability to push us hard over 2 legs,especially if the 2nd leg is at theirs.. I don't like this "when did they last win something etc etc" from Blues (its very raggish)

As opposed to claiming you won something that you actually didn’t - very Dipper.

There are better teams than Liverpool to worry about. Not quite sure why some are rating them so highly.

At least they already won it in the past. Unlike a certain club with some fans already talking about a quadruple.

This current Liverpool team haven't though and I think you'll find other club forums talking (worrying) about City winning the quadruple a lot mote than City forums do.
 
Liverpool are a worry simply because of our record at Anfield...Doubt any realistic City fans talk about the quadruple , there'll be no league champions t shirts for sale till its mathematically in the bag , i hope not anyway...
 
Next year they’re gonna have Keita in midfield who’ll be their best midfielder by far, & probably one of the top two dribblers on the team. Not to mention whatever other signings they’ll make (GK probably).

I think it’ll be between us & them next season. Their attack will get them far alone.

30 goals in all competitions already for Salah (including 1 in CL qualifying round). Some stat that considering Suarez's best was 31 in a season.

Probably what I've be been thinking for a few weeks.
Liverpool will be our closest title challengers next season
They've only lost three this season and their problem has been similar to what we've suffered over the last couple (apart from this one)
When s bus is parked they can't get round it and so have drawn too many games
Solve that and they are serious contenders
The rest of"the big six' are miles behind

They are a long way off solving that in my opinion. I still get nervous when Spanish Dave is missing & look at our alternatives.
