Who is on these so called panels ???? Is there anyone at all on them, or is the decision governed by someone on their own. Why cant we know who is this so called panel, so that questions can be put forward to at least one of them

I dont have a clue, but whatever it us...it has just been proven to be a fucking shambles with that outcome

I'm amazed they even said something about it. I was just expecting them to keep quiet until it was forgotten. Might as well have.
