Anyone know how important this guy is to Klopp? Big impact losing him or easy to replace?
A lot of people say he is the brains behind how Klopps teams play and Klopp is the clown to make it all believable. Its certainly bad timing from them with such a big game tomorrow.

Will there be a two minute silence in remembrance on the 30th anniversary of Wimbledon defeating them at Wembley.

The gegenpressing tactic and it's implementation game to game is usually credited to Bouvac and not Klopp. Considering Wagner was the defensive brains, I presume Klopp was the one carrying the bibs and cones.

Are people saying that out of hope or because they actually know? I remember similar things being said when Carlos Queiroz left the rags.

But I guess if he's in line for the Arsenal job, he must have something about him.

This lad has been with Klopp since day 1 at Mainz when Klopp got his first job, so it's slightly more believable than Queiroz managing to be the brains of an operation that was a decade and a half old when he joined it.

.... and leading the team in a rousing post match Hokey Cokey!

Deluded scousers giving us their "expert opinions" on Citywatch feeds again:

To be fair some blues are overreacting to Gary Neville's personal team of the season, it's just his opinion and he'd have got slated for adding many more City players than he already did. Would have been nice to see Fernandinho and Sané in there(I think he would have by the way he praises them) but it doesn't really matter it's not an official award.

However the "Firminho is underrated" hype is getting too much now, he's a good player but nowhere near as influential as Salah, I'd even put Mané as a bigger threat than him who was another they jumped the gun on claiming was world class. Looking at some of the arguments for Firminho over Aguero on that feed annoys me, all the stats point to Aguero and they haven't really attempted to deny that because they can't. Aguero has fewer games, less minutes but far more goals and near equal assists so they then make it about it's a "team game", erm what was all the defensive shit they came out with in support of Salah over KDB for player of the year?

Although they do have a point and City fans will know this more than any other PL team out there(it's an argument that has come up between our own fans all season), his strengths are to close down and press from the front... thing is, if anyone was choosing a player on that merit clearly Jesus is better than him at that. The stats might not show this but he's had way less games due to an injury that kept him out for a long while, he then had to find match fitness and form.

I suppose it's the sign of things to come the press will follow the Liverpool fan hype for their clicks, but I'm quite sure we have an already better player with a much higher ceiling in just about every department, just ask the Brazil coach what he thinks.
