Just a polite enquiry will do to ask how their investigation into the MCFC bus attack is progressing, and if it is being pursued as diligently as the Karius one,

Bombarding them with e-mails should do the trick.

Sadly it wont, I had to contact them a few years back of a fair amount of money stolen by a person known to us with evidence to fully back it up. They did squat, I complained and eventually they met me and the main victim of the theft, they told me they were sorry and they would action it immediatley, they didn't. I threatened to take it further up so they eventually spoke to this guy and.......... let him of with a warning. Me and the other guy were not scouse, the offender was but I am sure that had nothing to do with it so it must have been down to the fact that they are useless lazy and incompetent.
