There are centre backs all across Europe who will now be looking forward to testing how well Salah's shoulder has healed next season.
And hopefully realising that they should probably stop showing him inside on his left. The amount of times he fucking does it and defenders across Europe are falling for it.

Shoulder injuries are also very different to a regular leg break. Look what happened to Negredo, became half the player. External factors may have also played a part with Negredo but we can’t deny the shoulder was never the same.

I love how many people are coming out and calling Ramos some "master of the dark arts" and that he's intentionally injured Salah while being sneaky to avoid punishment. The lad is the least sneaky player I've ever seen, if he wants to attack someone he just fucking hits them and makes no attempt to employ "dark arts". Hence how he's the most sent off player in history, despite playing for the team most favoured by referees. If he was trying to hurt Salah, it wouldn't have been subtle

I've not listened to Talkshite for weeks due to the lardy da love in with our sticky fingered cousins. I'll be listening this coming week though! ;-) Oi Oi.

# one man team

And the pundits think they will be our biggest challenge next season
They will be, IMO.
The Scum are a total wreck. Plus Morinho may well melt down next season.
Arsenal are a mess. Big rebuild ahead. Plus Arsenal's ownership are happy with 4th.
Chelsea are about to sign a manger whose tactics are entirely unsuitable for their present squad.
Spurs could cause trouble - but they don't seem to be willing to spend.
Liverpool have a decent side, and an excellent manager. They'll be stronger next year.

I understand your point on Ramos but he saw an opportunity to be cute and take their most dangerous player out and he took full advantage.

Yeah, they'll be main threat.
Spurs are a bit of an incognito. Will they buy or sell? Can they really afford new stadium?

I shouldn’t laugh but I am doing. Fucking hate scousers.
That’s fucking wrong mate, shouldn’t be laughing at that they’re backwards wankers. Scousers might be annoying pricks but to do that to someone who’s just gone to support his team is bang out of order.

Or...
If you didn't know who injured a Liverpool player having not watched the match and just had to take a blind guess... you'd pick Ramos (I would at any rate).

Ramos has a deserved reputation for foul, aggressive play.

In this particular instance - injuring Salah - I don't think that what he did was a foul and that Salah was injured was fortunate/unfortunate depending on which side you support.

I do think, however, that once Ramos had Salah's arm pinned, he wasn't going to let go and moreover that he was going to put a bit extra into the tackle and land on top of Salah as part of the challenge to leave a little extra on - which, is exactly what the "Dark Arts" are about.

I'll just leave this here

I saw that at the time. Idiot injured himself trying to get a free kick. Only the dippers around me couldn't see it.

You're talking absolute rubbish.
Salad locked arms with Ramos looking for a foul, but the prick met his match in strength and fell ove. His injury was an accident.
Perhaps you'd get more joy with the victim mentality on RAWK?

Roll that forward a bit. You'll see Salah's arm extended and Ramos' arm hooked 'round to prevent withdrawal.

I'm not saying that what Ramos did was a foul. Nor am I claiming that Salah wasn't trying to draw a foul.

What I am saying is that Ramos, IMO, definitely hooked Salah's arm, and then went to ground intentionally landing on top of him.

Thanks for your thoughtful comment and insightful analysis.

I agree and it just encourages copycats.
Like Ramos on Salah.
Out of order haha
