That’s what being a supporter is all about. Your team is your team good or bad. Fair weather ****s can go fuck themselves is my view on our support. It’s at times of adversity you see who the real troops are. Some seem to be spoiled and forget what it was like when you didn’t have a pot to piss in. I remember those days and always admired the City support for turning out and being fucking fanatics. Some of that has been lost and it needs to be found again.
Just say to him "Clousseau" and watch his reaction,

You're not talking about the match report where he says "City have a wealth of midfield talent", are you?I see Barney Ronay in the Guardian is playing the money card.
Strange - Liverpool are the 8th Richest club in world football. And what that has to do with them being unable to beat West Ham, in any event, confuses me.
The money narrative needs tackling. We didn't sign VVD and Sanchez because we couldn't afford them, yet we're made out to be this nation state backed, financially doped Behemoth that can't be matched. We're not even the richest club in England. And it's not like we spunk £400m on a player and then pay a £160m loan for another like PSG have
In recent weeks 2 keepers have thrown it in their own net against Liverpool, last night 2 inexplicable offside decisions were given by different assistant referees. At what point does someone start to think this is all a bit fishy?
Their body language is now terrible, just seen their left back on Sky saying they’re not nervous, Carragher saying maybe their better off coming from behind, VVD saying their ‘still in the race’ Klopp behaving like Keegan, it’s beautiful to watch. They’ll drop a lot more points this year.
I’d never advocate someone getting serious mither in public for what they were wearing, so no.
He deserved some looks of derision, but nothing more.
