I am sure you believe what you have posted, but I disagree . VAR is only as good as the people operating it. With the decision making unavailable to supporters actually watching the game, the decisions remain with the officials operating the system, and that cannot be either transparent or fair . I believe that there are certain teams , especially the rags and dippers , who are favoured by the FA and its referees . Those teams will continue to receive favourable decisions whilst the decision making isn't made public imo.

The dippers are in a false position , due to decisions which have gonee in their favour , two " offside " goals this week alone are testament to that . There are others which other teams would have had chalked off - no doubt in my mind .
VAR can very easily be used as another way to manipulate results,I don’t think it will be the great leveler some think it will be.

Still only one league defeat all season. It's some going. Given our injuries I think we're doing well to be just 3 points behind. They've surely got to lose a few more?

They have had a great season, there is no denying that but that isn’t how they look at it - they look at it as some sort of universal justice and they are entitled to it all.

Bournemouth at home is a perfect game for any decent team. Bournemouth are like those Turkish and Russian teams that can give anyone a game(on their day) at home but cannot travel

If we win tomorrow I think we’ll win the league

Yes, as I understand it VAR depends on the officials advising the ref he should have a look at the screen. If they don't then the decision stands. By definition therefore VAR can still be manipulated by bent officials. I agree that I also don't think it will be a great leveller but surely it will be better than what we have at the moment. (Says he hopefully).

if the rags and dippers still get the dodgy decisions I reckon more people will cotton on. Atm it's only 1/2 people that can influence. .

As predicted the couple of scousers I know have posted non stop on Facebook . Funnily enough I havent heard from them for over a week. They really are giddy fuckers. Time to find the block button.
