Probably because they're a small club with money, and the fact that their shirts are ugly. Who in the right mind would even wear sky blue? Everytime I go abroad, I see loads of Liverpool, United, Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern, PSG shirts but no City shirts. They're so irrelevant.
