Keita - £59m
Alisson - £67m
Fabinho - £44m
Shaqiri - £13m

£183m, hardly change from down the back of the sofa. If anyone spent that and didn't improve from the season before they'd be completely useless.

Ah, so it wasn't "200 +" then.

And this almost pales into insignificance considering the money you have at your disposal making you practically the richest club in the world.

With the money spent generated from selling our best players Liverpool FC have closed a considerable gap on this club by a whopping 25 pts. Credit to our manager.

But hey, how dare LFC have the temerity to challenge MC for the league title, they should roll over for them like most teams do up and down the country every weekend.

Wankers the lot of them including those dick head Dippers who come on here. When they were in with a chance of the 10 point lead the narrative was how good they were. Now it’s going dark the old money and owner issues are becoming more vitriolic by the day. We had no real history of winning trophies according to one prick, well fuck off Dippers, take solace in the fact you think you are a family club that is the envy of world football.
Do they not realise they are in the vicinity of the centurions? It’s as if they’ve forgotten all about last season...clearly only their istry counts

200 + million?

Where and how have you worked those figures from, and how do they compare to City's spend?

Quite right, no trophies 'yet' but football is a very transient game and City supporters should be well aware of this from where they have come from to where they are now.

"Will Klopp walk"? I sincerely hope not especially of his own accord, but questioning or even asking whether the club will make him walk is utter folly.

Hopefully, he will stay and if need be keep on spending even though its something he said he wouldn't do. I think he soon realised after coming to England that he had to spend in this league and within our own means, due to the way the likes of Chelsea and Man City have changed the game.

We’re always aware where we’ve come from. 34 years without a trophy keeps us level headed and grounded. We don’t chant we’re going to win the league, print title winning t-shirt before the title is won, etc.

The thing is, we know where we are now, because you lot, including RAWK, etc, remind us on a daily basis, that we’re a plastic club, with plastic a fan base, a club with no istory, a club with no worldwide support, a club that can’t fill it’s stadium, owners who are are constantly cheating FFP so they can buy success and trophies, we’ve never won it, mercenary players, who only play for money, etc. All those things and more that Liverpool aren’t. YAWN!

Changed the game? As in you and every Liverpool would still love to have Liverpool, United and Arsenal dominating football on and off the pitch. Using your old financial might to win trophies, to crush any opposition, to run the game how you want, carving up the monies for yourselves, bringing in rules and regulations that cement your place at the table, etc. Dare any club, regardless of how they do it, smash that fucking cosey cartel of Liverpool, United and Arsenal dominating and strangling football in this country for decades after decades. Those day’s are well and truly over.
Get used to that fact.

The bitterness on RAWK is hilarious, they genuinely do not know the history of their own club.
They paint us as this Frankenstein club built on Arab blood money and themselves as the moral saviours of the game.
I had a quick scout around the forums of other clubs and every one is full of posts about how they want lickle old City to beat Liverpool to the title, as them winning it is too much to bear.
It would be a first but Liverpool fans need to look in the mirror and ask themselves why every other club despises them.

as I have said on here many times, Liverpool are nothing in south America, city are by far bigger news, so, anyone from rawk reading this, yes , you are bigger in asia, that hotbed of football. but, in the real world, you are has beens, don't believe me... watch ANY south American football channel, you hardly register !!

Some deluded scousers have tweeted they want the derby replayed because De Gea deliberately let the goals in - he is mates with Sergio and hates 'pool.
Perhaps we shold ask for their games against Everton and Spurs to be replayed when their goalies "deliberately" dropped the ball to concede goals that changed the result from draws to wins.
