I think the chavs with no CL and new manager bounce will be our biggest threat,they know how to win the prem,maybe if hazard leaves and they don't replace him well they might not challenge

So are you not a supporter if you don't follow them home and away?

No mate not saying that at all but you surely have to follow your team at some point. Fans abroad who’ve only just started following us in recent years have no real affiliation to us, won’t be here if we went back to the mid ‘90’s (shudders) they’re here now because we’re successful. Not all of them as they’ll be exceptions but the majority.

Love that the 3/4 seasons they choose just prove that we have kept our players because they were quality and vital to success, while they have sold their top players for a wedge and won fuck all

At the end of the day clubs that spend the most, usually win the most, if it’s spent wisely and the players well managed. Not sure why Liverpool fans would crow about net spend.

So many contradictions from fans of The Pride of Singapore TM, The Grief TM and The Hooray Henry’s TM ..

- they say they have the biggest fan bases, but whats the point of that if it cant be monetized and turned into a domination of the best players and ultimately trophies? (As the rags did almost exclusively between 93-2010)
- they say we have a glory hunting fan base - but see the point above. Which is it? Make your minds up ..
- they say they have the history, but that is factually incorrect and ignores the enormous barren spells (Dippers no league in 30 years, Rags no title for over 20 years in 70s/80’s, Arse no league for 30+. Years
- they talk about ‘doing out the right way’ - such as the rags exploiting their position as No1 team when football took off in the 90’s, or the Dippers being funded by the Moores family in the late 60’s/early 70’s etc

In short, it’s all bollocks and easily ignored. Best to laugh, ignore and enjoy the ride ...
