For some reason unknown to me the Copa Libertadores final between Flamengo and River Plate at the Estadio Monumental in Lima, Peru will be aired on BBC Two on Saturday, 23 November from 19:45 GMT.
It was mentioned in a paper that the winners may be playing Liverpool in that "world's best" competition.
 
If Salah doesn't make it back for Palace, then his ankle injury is clearly a lot more significant than Liverpool are making out.

Liverpool losing Salah, is as serious for them as City losing Laporte. I'll be very interested to see if he plays 90 mins at Palace.

Many of us care more about our own teams than the Wembley based national squad, the only difference being they've made a Scouse UDI while still wanting ever more hand outs from the British government.

A prediction: Salah will play soon enough. When he does will aggravate the injury, and Salah will be forced to have some kind of minor clean-up operation. It looks to me like it's going to be impossible for Liverpool to manage simply because we have gone through an international break and he still has the problem.

I think that’s basically saying that his ankle is in bad shape but we’re more than willing to flog it until the end of the season. Salah’s ankle injury could decide the title. Their attack is weakened hugely when one of them is missing, I can see points being dropped if he misses games.

You certainly need a thick neck on here!!. Some of the comments back at me are good points and all welcomed and accepted (only some mind).I wasn’t born in Liverpool but not unlike many here was born into my team so I absolutely get the tribalism and passion you have which is why the rivalry is great and if it “gets the juices going” in some, sure isn’t that better and half the fun!. I’ll continue to stand up for my team and offer opinion on City (good and bad) and would expect nothing less from anyone here.

I know where you were born. Or at least, to be more accurate, I know where you are, going by your ip address and your map coordinates. Going by those, you were only going to support one of two teams, weren't you!
