The way I look at it is, they knew about this before the season started, its hasn't just been sprung on them, so they should just have f**ked the Carabao Cup off this season, they didn't because its a chance for their youngsters to gain some experience, so for me its tough luck and they should be fined if they don't play it, just like anyone else would be. If klopp was so wrried about this last night, why did he not instruct his players to miss their penalties, last night ?
Playing an eligible player didn’t work for them to get thrown out so I guess deciding not to play is the next best option

At least they had the 'good grace' not to enter the competition in the first place, thereby giving someone else a chance, what liverpool are possibly doing here is denying someone a chance.
The good grace my arse.Pissed off the Fa cup for a money spinner, the united way as always.

BBC reporting that mischief night was particularly bad last night in Littlewoodville.

Old people’s flats being built wrecked, streets of windows smashed, cars battered, buildings torched, buses wrecked, plod cars damaged.

I say how Could they tell?

The good grace my arse.
I thought putting into quotes made it obvious I didn't think actually think it was 'good grace', but as I said at least it gave a lower league a chance to get further and earn some cash.

What liverpool are now saying, denies that chance, it also negates the draw if they pull out because a team gets a bye to a semi final, its a pisstake, and there's plenty of footballers at liverpool who won't be in Qatar pick a team from them like we did on Tusday night.

I'm not even convinced they need a full strenfgth squad in that anyway (but I do hope they play all their best players).

Not only do clubs like United and Liverpool think they don't have to follow the same rules as everyone else. They think they get to re-write them to suit their own needs. FFP was re-written and used as a weapon against new money instead of debt. Wasn't there a rule change on wages that United were coming close to falling foul of until they changed it last season?

Kick them out of the competition and put Arsenal back in.
