I think it will be similarly to Chelsea when Roman took over. The financial doping was never this obvious, but Chelsea was never punished before they started to decline a bit sporting wise. I think same thing will happen with City. As long as they are winning PL's on a regular basis, nothing will be done. When the c*nts in charge lose interest and stop spending these obscene amounts of money, the FA/UEFA et.al. will "stand up" and actually punish the cheats.
