Good one mate.
This should go to the Joke thread.
KDB doesn’t. Only last weekend he absolutely nailed a cross for Jesus.
And there in a nutshell is why the England’s mens team will never win fuck all, he’s not within a million miles of being the best English player, I’d bet every football fan bar dipper fans struggle to see how he even makes the squad, never mind plays.Henderson won the best English player award yesterday. If that doesn't show just how cock-eyed this footballing bubble is then I don't know.

And God,looking down on the Kop End spoke these words -
(Abbreviated) "To the men which sit on the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you?"

I haven't seen what you are referring to but sounds horrific (and typically OTT Liverpool) - by chance were there candles at said ceremony? ;-)Oh G-d the Roberto Firmino baptism video. Like, I'm not arsed if he's baptised or not, religion is a personal thing but all the fawning over him and Alisson from Liverpool fans and 'oh it's so beautiful, look at how much his keeper loves him' and 'we've got two devout Muslims AND two devout Christians in our team'. Please. Every single team in the EPL has both. Not sure which Everton players are Muslim but Coleman is Catholic, and presumably Richarlison and the Portuguese/South American lads are too. Gloating because your players love Jesus so much is really annoying.
Surely sacking him implies that FSG don't condone cheating?
Two things really, this happened in 2013. Also City and Liverpool settled out of court. Liverpool were in the wrong so they would want to settle. You are having a go at Liverpool and rightly so, however, your own club who must know more about the situation than say the average supporter also agreed to settle. And 7 years later the debate drags on.You hacked our computers and promoted those who did it to higher positions
And 7 years later those employed by Liverpool still have their jobsTwo things really, this happened in 2013. Also City and Liverpool settled out of court. It happened 7 years ago, but to be fair it only came to light fairly recently and is still relevant if the FA are indeed still investigating it. Doubt anything will come of it though. Maybe a small fine at best. Two things really, this happened in 2013. Also City and Liverpool settled out of court. Liverpool were in the wrong so they would want to settle. No, it was in a swimming pool. Firmino was with Alisson, his wife and a priest, and a load of spectators - they all had these black t-shirts on so I think they were part of the same church. Firmino got dunked under the water and I think he had to say a prayer, and then he and Alisson and his wife had a group hug and Alisson cried. Apparently Alisson is a member of some evangelical church and he's got Firmino into it.I haven't seen what you are referring to but sounds horrific (and typically OTT Liverpool) - by chance were there candles at said ceremony? ;-)
You can add Arsenal to that list who they rank alongside. Liverpool, United & Arsenal were in the vanguard of the group that most influenced the events that led the game to where it is now, domestically and in Europe via the G14, with Spurs & Everton right in their slipstream. This is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of the culpability of LFC regarding the monetisation of the sport and the concentration of wealth at the top of the game, of which they were in the vanguard well before the creation of the Premier League. This is all well documented for anyone who cares to read around the subject.
It is not without some irony, that more than any other club, with the possible exception of Spurs and united (who they probably rank alongside) Liverpool created the conditions which made English football clubs such an enticing investment for the likes of Mansour - not that many Liverpool fans will even know what I’m talking about; their knowledge about their own club is usually conspicuously thin on detail.
I thought cults were very protective of their members? So how did the Church of LFC allow this to happen? No, it was in a swimming pool. Also, the fans are planning to do to Man United's team coach what they did to your team's.
Agree but my original point is why with what City knew why did they agree to settle. It happened 7 years ago, but to be fair it only came to light fairly recently and is still relevant if the FA are indeed still investigating it. Doubt anything will come of it though. Maybe a small fine at best.
Yeah, that's the £1m question. Maybe we'll never get to find out their reasoning.Agree but my original point is why with what City knew why did they agree to settle.
So you think they will win something?there in a nutshell is why the England’s mens team will never win fuck all,
Club rivalries aside, that sort of thing that you describe freaks me out. Very weird. No, it was in a swimming pool. I disagree about the last part of your post. Spurs, in the early 80’s under Irving Scholar, were the first club to purposefully monetise the sport imo, which Edwards aped shortly afterwards. You can add Arsenal to that list who they rank alongside. I'm not absolving them or seeking to downplay their role. They were indeed the first club to test FA rules by setting up a holding company and paying directors/dividends via that company. United did indded follow suit. But they were acting mainly in their own interests whereas the three clubs, acting in concert, were the ones that, actively & with forethought, moved the game from where it was to where it is now without thought about the consequences for the rest of the game.I disagree about the last part of your post.
