To be fair, the 1894 group also wanted to be involved in discussions too. There is no debate to be had though, as far as I’m concerned. It is a home fixture for us, so the game should be played at The Etihad. It’s pretty simple really.

Well it’s our home game so I can see why our fans might object to us losing home advantage even without fans being allowed in. Our fans might object to us travelling to Southampton for example for a home match or to Everton therefore having to travel more than Liverpool’s players.

Their fans on the other hand, are trying to have a say on where an away game is to be played. They haven’t got home advantage, they have to travel and they can’t watch it live so what the fuck they want to suggest is beyond me.
