After Vardy scored he air guitared the corner flag. He was clearly taking the piss out of dipperpools heavy metal football. The piss taking twat. Good on him.
I also enjoyed James Maddison's interview after the match, especially the jibe: "Of course we are not one of the top six." There is so much to like in that Leicester team. In my view Maddison could become as good as Frank Lampard did.

  1. Manchester City 98
  2. Manchester United 69
  3. Chelsea 69
  4. West Ham United 69
  5. Leicester City 67
  6. Everton 65
  7. Leeds United 61
  8. Aston Villa 59
  9. Liverpool 58
  10. Arsenal 52
  11. Brighton & Hove Albion 52
  12. Crystal Palace 47
  13. Burnley 47
  14. Tottenham 45
  15. Newcastle 43
  16. Wolves 42
  17. Southampton 29
  18. Sheffield United 29
  19. Fulham 25
  20. West Bromwich Albion 15

This is what the table would look like if every team continued their current form until the end of the season. Liverpool and Spurs are right in the shit.
Wow, look at that. We win the league by 29 points 29! West Ham get into the CL! Spurs in 14th place! Everton finish above Liverpool! In fact the red dippers finish OUTSIDE OF UEFA PLACES IN 9TH PLACE 40 points behind us 40!

I know it will be looked back on the COVID season but the aftereffects will be seismic.

This year has been a terrible one for Liverpool . The shear volume of injuries could not have been predicted. We can write it off but we will be back next year. That's how this season is . We have to take the medicine and carry on

It could, can and has been predicted and its no worse than virtually every other side in the league has suffered.

face it, you're just a bit shit all of a sudden which shouldn't be a surprise as the last 30 years has been just a bit shit for you.

Normal service has been resumed.

Neither could the sheer absence of injuries over the last two seasons. You probably have had no more players out than most other clubs over the last 3 seasons as a whole, but they are all concertina’d into this season. You have run your players into the ground and having received the rewards you are now paying the price.

Moreover your current poor run of form seems to be characterised by running out of steam around the 70-80 minute mark. Against some teams like Brighton and Burnley that has meant you are unable to find late winners and equalisers, against us and Leicester you have capitulated.

You won’t be back next year because even with a three months rest last year you are still running on empty. Don’t make any plans for Thursday nights in the autumn.

The injuries are entirely predictable. He hasn't rotated at all for the previous 2 years so players getting injured was inevitable.
Liverpool's demise has been self inflicted. Klopp has managed the squad badly and their purchases have been poor. They have just brought in that clown Kabak who at Schalke has been part of the worst defence in German football history. What is the point of that panic buy?
They want to blame everything on City but it's not our fault JW Henry wants to line his own deep pockets rather than invest in LFC. What have Liverpool's owners done for the local community in Liverpool other than evict some of them from their homes. Leicester is a better run club under its owners, despite the snide comments from people like Dan Roan about them.

Show me any other side that has its 3 centre backs out for the season and I might agree with you. I accept that's football but to deny what I said is just kidding yourself

Been banging the drum for years. They are not that good.

I'm glad they are finally being exposed. Injuries are part and parcel of the game. They throw the domestic cups which reduces their amount of games and they still want to moan about how often they are playing.

No longer can you win trophies just having a good 11. You have to build a squad and they have clearly proven they are unable to do that. I thought they had the best goalkeeper, lb, RB, midfield and front 3 in the world? Yet they have fallen apart because of Van Dijk?

The scousers wank themselves silly over getting 20m for Brewster and forget they have a championship CB and fucking Shaqiri and Origi as their backup options.

The owners are no different to the glazers. They arent interested in funding another title.

Klopp will be off soon and it will be the same as when he was at Dortmund. Had a two year spell of doing well now it's all falling to pieces.
