I'm 27 so it's a feeling I have never known! I honestly was never that confident this season, in 2013/14 after we beat City I was more confident. As long as Pep is around I can't see it happening.
As a long suffering City fan I thought we'd blown 2013/14 and this season just ended. So many years of cock up's and failure are hard to eradicate from your psyche but we're slowly getting there. Pep is a genius and a monster, he is relentless in the pursuit of winning and trophies. So long as he is here we should be the team to beat for anyone wanting trophies and to do so they will have to be bloody exceptional, as Liverpool found out this year.
I feel that Pep and Klopp are becoming so important at both City and Liverpool there will inevitably be a huge drop in quality once they leave. This could be a long long list by the time we've all finished.Let's be fair. Liverpool have had an all conquering season. Apart from the Champions League this season they also won:
Nett spend trophy
PL title in December trophy
Bottled a 7 point lead trophy
Disrespected both domestic cups trophy
Diving and cheating trophy
Most offside goals trophy
Longest parade route trophy
Lying about parade turnout trophy
Throwing an innocent old bloke in a fountain trophy
Wanking in a fountain trophy
If the points for win were 2 rather than 3.
If goals outside the area counted as double.

I think they are probably the best two managers out there at the moment. I hope we are grooming someone now for when the day comes. Klopp has built a strong team at Liverpool and they will get stronger, as I'm sure will we. I am a little surprised most premier league teams haven't worked out how best to play you yet. When they do, if ever, you might find life a lot tougher.

Its quite simple to play against them, but for some reason teams fall apart.I think they are probably the best two managers out there at the moment. They play kick and rush tactics, they have no plan b. Too many players/teams get clouded by the pressure and dont play their normal game. I think our approach at anfield and etihad proved a couple different ways to do it, however we do have the best team in the league so that makes things easier.
