I think it came to an abrupt end days after they won it to be honest, when City and Atletico showed the world what a laughably average side they are.
 
"Everton played a depleted/injured team." Bollocks we did. Liverpool had their first choice goalkeeper and front 3. This isn't like the time when Klopp put out a team of kids and reserves and we still lost. Also, Allan wasn't playing.

"Everton are small time for celebrating." Your manager went mental after you beat us in the 96th minute and one imbecile got his legs tattooed in celebration. Of a 1-0 victory.

"When's the DVD?" Nobody watches DVDs anymore. Get with the times.

You don't get to make fun of Everton's track record and then have the nerve to complain when Everton's squad and fans celebrate finally winning at Anfield. Deal.

My mate used to be Andy Cole's accountant (in the years of chequebooks). Cole owed money to the taxman (18k) my mate asked him to write a cheque. He had no idea how to do it and said - if I sign it then you write it? He duly signed it and left the meeting allowing my mate (in theory) to write a cheque for any amount to himself!! Well, other than the 2 facts that 1) my mate wouldn't do that as he was honest, but 2) even if he had wanted to Mr Cole had written his signature on the back of the empty cheque
