Ironically they were floundering in the old 2nd division for years during which time their glorious achievements included an 8-1 demolition by Birmingham and an FA Cup exit to the mighty Worcester City. Their team was beyond shit and their ground was so ramshackle that they didn't even have the means to water the pitch.

Then came the Moores family with their Littlewoods fortune and ploughed huge investment into the club buying a team, promotion and trophies to set them on their way.

Organically my arse.
Or the fact that the "Socialist" club was formed by a Tory landowner who gave them a free stadium and bought them a whole team.
Clowns like this who bang on about "organic growth" and "doing things the right way" haven't got a clue about the history of their own club.
Dippers, Rags and Tarquins have a history littered with "Sugar Daddies" and outside investment.
Most of these morons that spout this nonsense have never set foot inside a football stadium and spend most of their time in their bedrooms with the curtains drawn waiting for one of the WhatsApp Wankers to tell them what to think.

they weren't that
The murderers weren’t that arsed with human rights when Dubai were looking to buy Liverpool off Hicks and Gillette.
they weren't that arsed when they killed 39 italians & got English clubs banned from Europe for 5 years....infact they made a banner taking the piss & blamed Chelsea fans......

The post below is a classic of it's type from RAWK. So good its perfect - a CITEH bingo full-house.

He forgot to mention empty seats for a full house.
I would imagine he hasn't read the article in the Victimpool Echo about how they can fill the 2000 empty seats at every home game at the Victimdrome.
Probably never set foot in the shithole and one of the idiots that is helping the Dippers compete for the most new fans gained in a season award currently held by the Rags since 1993.

Will never be as good as when he said it was too windy or the grass was too long
I'm surprised he didn't use the excuse when they failed to beat relegation threatened West Brom at home a couple of years back when he said the opposition shouldn't try as they didn't need the points.
Afterall "This Means More"

I think that you must be mistaken. They are a "proper" club, they are Liverpool Football Club, they do things the right way, organically. They don't spend any money on players, apart from the never ending pot of Coutinho cash, which they deserve as he was a local lad, who came through their youth system, organically. All of their best players including Kenny Dogleash, Beardsley, Barnes, Keegan, Grobbelaar, Hansen, Suarez, Souness are local lads who grew up in the shadow of Anfield and were never signed for any kind of fee. They certainly have never raided other clubs for their best players, except maybe Southampton, and that's OK as they are not a "real" club, the same way as the mighty red men, the moral saviours of all football. I really hate those Chelsea fans, for causing the deaths of those Juventus fans & tarnishing the name of the team that dare to dream. They are every fans second team because of the class they show on & off the pitch, the way they stood behind Suarez was awe inspiring. God, I love Liverpool Football Club. I might write a poem about it.
