Listening to the radio yesterday and they were chatting about Argentina's game which they drew. Messi scored a great goal apparently which was then disallowed by VAR because of one of the opposition players had been fouled 30 seconds before the goal. exactly the same circumstances as Mane penalty when Raz was fouled 30 seconds before the Mane decision. It's the inconsistency of VAR refs interpretations that drives me nuts. VAR isnt to blame as it's just a system.
Where does it all end? I can see VAR/laws of the game being constantly tweaked for the next ten years, something does need putting in place for officials regarding the timeframe leading up to a goal & 30 secs does feel about right, I’d be more in favour of that than say, if the ball crosses the halfway line to the opposing half (as per our non penalties against the dippers) the more subjectiveness removed out of the game the better I say....does anyone know if somebody watches the game in a slightly delayed format or whether Stockley park is actually behind live play slightly?

Could you imagine how many more trophies we would have won if we’d sent some death threats to refs? No wonder their penalty didn’t get pulled back the other week when Sterling was fouled the other end of the pitch.

This means more apparently, must do if you have to threaten violence if the results don’t go your way.
Keyboard warriors mate, they are all shithouses and cowards, the Roy Keanes of the tinterweb... I bet most are less than 16 years old ... Still cunts mind...

What inconsistencies ? That always happens when LiVARpool play so I would say it is totally the opposite. They are being very consistent in helping the filthy cheating bastards. To be even more consistent they withdraw the 4th official because they were told too by the fans of the filthy cheating bastards.

What's interesting in all the nonsense about the Pickford challenge is that it's Coote getting all the flack and not Oliver who didn't even see the challenge in the first place. Surely his first instinct would have been to go to Pickford regardless of whether or not there was an offside. Why he is coming out of all this smelling of roses?

Wasn't there one where Real Madrid conceded a goal and then VAR not only disallowed the goal but gave Real a penalty?
Same thing happened with Switzerland and Portugal.

Portugal got a penalty, VAR had a look and actually gave Switzerland a penalty up the other end.

Compare and contrast when we went through the proper channels and made a formal complaint as a club about a ref's "poor" performance, didn't they then just put the ref in question in the VAR ref position for the next (big) match (?) IIRC.

People everywhere ask for TRANSARENCY, but then it arrives and it's transparently biased!

I'll give you 3 guesses.

So, Salah & Elneny are to fly back to Blighty onboard a private jet still covid positive, what is this lunacy? I nearly spat the morning brew out. Three young British teachers where stuck in hotel rooms for months in Italy because they continually tested positive and only recently returned home. Why are these two allowed to do this? (Apart from the obvious) if it was a repatriation of sorts for medical purposes I could understand, but at least one of them flouted covid rules of the country they reside in

Wtf is 'operational reasons' used to mean?
Anything? Nothing? Both?

Whatever, it seems perfect to hide the truth.
This is why,the game will die with these c.nts in charge,
They actually think they are the stars,
I blame fifa/eufa/fa..regarding why people think var is corrupt,
People/ the paying customer want to no what's going on when there's a decision
Just like in other sports,
Not like this BS..operational reason.
In the 60-70s I didn't no many ref names
Unlike today's fkers.
It says it all by their little club title pigmol
Wtf what's wrong just being P.R.A.

doesn’t seem right does it?

Though I think the lads in Italy weren’t allowed to leave because the Italians wouldn’t let them, not that we’d refuse them entry into UK
