Let's just admit they havent dropped as many points as we would of liked them to yet considering there injuries
There seems to be a narrative that Liverpool are pulling away from the pack - yet over the last 10 matches, they're only 4th best. Apparently we've been poor recently, yet they've gained 2 whole points more than us in those 10 matches.

Bear in mind that during that run, two teams have missed penalties against them, and the Spurs game was literally a coin toss who won.

This season is a long, long way from being over.

I like that mourinho is going for klopp, everyone else bums him.

I wonder how klopp will deal with it
So far he has handled it well but I always feel he could lose it at any second and when he does he will lose it properly and never recover.

Only because Liverpool got the
Win Maureen needs to pick his timing, it’s blatantly obvious klopp can’t handle losing , one punch at the right time will set him off

Bingo will probably organise cult members to send death threats.
That's their usual mo when someone breaks rank and tells the truth about them in public.
Maureen is clearly trying to wind him up and he's the sort that would have a meltdown if things aren't going his way.

With the massive amount of football now on the box, the myriad channeles available they all need pundits and it is easy money for many of them. Totally agree that there are many "stealing a living". Talksport is coming down with them now (McCoist/O'Hara to name but 2)
Haven't listened to Talkshite for over 2 years now, an absolute joke of a broadcaster.
You would think that the person spec for a job on that excuse for a Radio Station includes a criminal record or a proven track record of failure judging by the dross they employ there.

this article was on here a while ago and has almost proven true in predictions. He said that if their overdose on caffeine continues this would cause a slew of injuries which we’ve seen this season from them.

Actually read the article for the first time after you posted it there. Mildly interesting as a piece to start the conspiracy theory ball rolling. What I did find sad though was how it then descended into insults in the comments.
I have been watching alot of US TV news of late (for the humour value) and Fox News is wonderful at doing a similar thing to this article. Take a fact, like the number of asthma sufferers and then run with it, put a little spin on it and then start with the suggestions.
So article ..poor / mildly amusing, but have to say that it did somewhat support many of the views on here about comments by many of the keyboard warrior Liverpool fans. I do despair sometimes as to why you can be discussing football and then people start going off insulting people and casting stupid and malicious accusations.
...but then that is a little what the article itself does..."I'm saying it , but then I'm not saying it"

As to the "slew of injuries which we have seen this season"....It is again so much easier to make blanket statments that fit a narrative. I'm not sure that you can attribute ACL / PCL injuries as have anything to do with caffiene (over)use...and as for Thaigo, sadly I just think he is made of glass.

No the acl and pcl are both hard tissue injures, it’s the soft tissue injuries that are more likely to be enhanced by caffeine overuse such as the hamstring. I’ve studied the use of caffeine in sport and their are links to Liverpool player’s performances. This isn’t a form of cheating up to a certain point but it’ll certainly give an edge which helps a high press style of play

One bonus with multiple channels showing games it at least you can pick who you listen to.

Got me thinking of past pundits and always liked what Pat Nevin had to say and as a commentator/reporter, although spoiling with what came out later, I always used to love hearing Stuart Hall reports.
I like Nevin, and not just because I'm biased. I hate to admit this, but I like Carragher too.

Merson is ridiculous though. And Talksport are a joke. They had Gabby Agbonlahor on recently slagging Rodriguez off. At least Rodriguez is professional and keeps himself in shape UNLIKE SOME PEOPLE.

I'd be really surprised if Liverpool didn't win the league, unless City get their act together. Or Spurs win it.

If you open any article up for comments you'll always get fans of other clubs piling in.

Unfortunately their style of play with high pressing all over the pitch is still a big problem for teams to deal with, regardless of who they might be missing. I didn’t expect them to do so well without VVD bit I expect a slip from them.
