Early days and Kun & KDB out for at least a few weeks, so let’s not rub our hands too hard just yet!

WBA (A) looks like it could well be 3-2-2-3 against 6-4, with them hoping for a corner or set piece to grab something. If so, it could look very much like Anfield today.

While I inwardly revel in the banana skins on which others slip, I’ve seen enough football to know we are waaaaay early in celebrating our recent good fortune, let alone the potential demise of LiVARpool! There’s lots of video replays to be seen before this is over!

I've noticed the same argument we made last season is cropping up alot recently. When we said losing Laporte meant we lost Fernandinho for near on full a season too. Since Fabinho is at CB they have a point but I don't really think that is the reason they've started dropping points. Fabinho has done well at CB and I wouldn't have said their defence is their biggest problem, nor do I think Fabinho in midfield fixes their attacking threat.

it would not surprise me if klopp goes off to Spain leaving slippy g to return to manage an ageing team with likes of salah and mane gone and relatively little money to spend

Huge mistake to rotate Salah and Firminho.

When you are missing your best defender and your captain, you don’t go and rest two of your formidable front 3!

To be fair, I just watched the highlights and Burnley gifted them the ball in great positions at least 3 or 4 times and they still couldn't put it in the back of the net.

I think teams tend to park the bus against us alot more than do against Liverpool, it's possibly the first time it's being used as a tactic consistently by their opponents which has resulted in such a drop of form, just a thought
