It absolutely should, not least because it’s a wank argument. To draw an equivalence between Heysel and Hillsborough - and especially Munich - is utterly preposterous.Well said,it shouldn't require an explanation.
Hillsborough was a tragedy that was principally caused by the gross negligence of a public agency failing in its duty to protect the pubic.
Heysel was a tragedy caused by the reckless (at best) truculence of a set of football supporters.
In terms of root cause, culpability and present levels of contrition from those that caused each tragedy, they are worlds apart.
