Does make it clear that united are the chosen VAR ones this season. But if they keep getting as much scrutiny on their cheating it may just take away one in every five penalties in future, which translates to maybe 6 to 9 points over the rest of the season.

As it stands United should be mid table if not for their dodgy penalties. Klopp is finding out that the FA do indeed have a strategy to get a new name on the trophy winners list every 6 years or so. Not so funny when that team isnt you anymore, is it Buck?

The scouse vermin went under the radar in the hatred list but us older fan's remember how insufferable they were, though even we had forgotten. I was at Maine Road when our 2-2 draw against them meant we were relegated. When it was announced over the tannoy the fuckers cheered and we weren't a threat to them back then. We also went down on goal difference and our 6-0 defeat to them away probably swung it.

Brilliant to see Klopp for what he always has been, a sore loser.

His teams have always had the same trajectory under him. The energy and intensity makes them an incredibly tough team but ultimately it bursts at some point, and as soon as it does the players aren't good enough to perform at the same high levels.

He's put key players under a huge strain and they're now showing signs of that dip in energy and therefore form too. They don't seem to have the mentality to overcome it either, and Klopp bemoaning decisions makes it clear he's feeling the strain too.

As is always the case with title winners, they now face the challenge of teams sitting back and saying, come and beat us then. And they haven't got the answers when teams sit in. VAR also seems to have moved onto making the rags champions again so Liverpool don't have that to fall back on either.

More tough games coming up for them too. We have six very winnable games before our tough run starts. Win them all and we will be able to go into those games with huge confidence and in a strong position to regain the title. We want to be in the position of teams having to come and beat us rather than us having to beat them. It makes them force the game and allows us to counter which is where we are so dangerous.
 
liverpool was always going to have a dip in form ?

injuries and add the lack of quality of the squad it was coming. also burn out after pushing city for 3 seasons maybe has hit them ? much like city last season we lost our legs and injuries and the desire to go that extra mile just was not there

i will add that manchester city had to win all there games and play the best teams most weeks because the officials and VAR never give us a free season ticket to get over the line
