It’s quite touching to see such concern about the moral standards of owners and sponsors in football.
Perhaps, while he is in such a morally outraged mood, he could take a few moments to reflect,with equanimity, on international banking organisations who sponsor PL clubs and who financially facilitate political arrests and murders conducted by oppressive rogue states, not to mention the misery caused by drug gangs and people traffickers and of course, the terrorists who buy guns and explosives to blow up kids at concerts, all achieved with freshly laundered cash.(is freshly laundered cash given to a football club the ultimate in sportswashing?)
It seems to be the blindest of blind eyes to some fans but perhaps he could put it into perspective for us all.

I don’t know if they are trying to convince themselves or each other that they aren’t bothered about Liverpool not retaining the title, and City winning it. It makes splendid reading.

You can actually feel the pain and mental torture they are currently going through because City are 7 points clear, with a game in hand, and are to of the PL table.

I've not paid much attention to the asthma situation at Liverpool and somehow missed the article about 63% of the squad being asthmatic, so did a little Googling this morning.

It brought me to a Dr. John Dickinson. He works at the Uni of Kent and is an expert in respiratory issues. He's also a boyhood Liverpool fan.

He screened the Liverpool team decade ago to look at undiagnosed respiratory issues, and at the end of 2017 he did it again with 4 teams (including an unnamed Champions League team). Hmmmm, I wonder which one that could've been.

Could the results of this 'research' have led to the discovery of these asthmatics in their squad? Is the treatment linked to Liverpool's sudden upturn in performance between 18-20? Is it a Premier League cover up?

Who knows. I'm sure there's nothing in it whatsoever...

Of course not! They are beyond reproach and an upstanding, moral guardian of the game don't you know?
