It's as though Liverpool fans believed their own hype in the past 2 years (who'd have thought), despite the rest of the worlds football fans pointing out:
1. It's unsustainable
2. It's one style unadaptable football
3. it's reliant on a too small core of players
4. Injuries will eventually occur
5. VAR will eventually revert to United bias
6. the squad is getting older
7. Testing means you can't have anything untoward in your system

I know they’ve got injuries but so did we last season and comfortably finished in the top 4. This is so much worse, so why?

The only answer I can come up with isn’t good for Liverpool. Klippity is known for burning his players out with his high intensity football. To say they look like they are running on empty is a massive understatement. How do you fix that? Buy a new squad? He’s broke those ones, he needs new? Next season can’t come quick enough for them and there’s no guarantees that’ll fix it.
