I know Mason Holgate almost had one eye when he met Mané and he couldn't believe both of his eyes when there was no booking whatsoever. Still, you've got to feel sorry for Liverpool when decisions like that don't go their way.

We've scored more goals, conceded less and won more games than the fabled dipper quadruple team.
We are 3 points clear with a better goal difference with 3 games to go
All this without a recognised number 9..

To be fair it can be hard get yourself motivated against the small clubs..

They were never going to drop points today after we basically handed them the title last night.
Immensely proud of this team but I'm so fucked off about it all. With the non crime/state funded clubs would stand up together and get these shitstains out of our game before it's too late and the league is fucked forever.

We are the best legit team in the world, but over the course of a full season it's virtually impossible to keep up with a sportswash with unlimited state resources and every conceivable advantage. The fact we can run them this close doing it clean is remarkable in itself.
All things considered, I'd rather be us than be them.
Them thieving yet another title from the game is a tragedy, though.

Think those 2 goals in injury time just fucked us. They're now a +4GD and +2 goals scored. Odds are we now need to be 4 points better over 3 games. How can you be that spineless that in 2 minutes of injury time already losing 3-0 you just roll over for another 2 goals. What the fuck.....

Abu Dhabi just don't get the blood and adrenaline pumping. They aren't even their own neighbours cup final. If Liverpool roll into town you know you are playing the six times European champions and most successful club in England.
When the little club in Manchester turn up you are indifferent. Now that hardly stirs the emotions and fires you up. Man United rarely get fired up against them, and they are their nearest geographical rival. That just leaves Liverpool and maybe Chelsea who are fired up against them because they are direct rivals for the title.
It's been said many times, but the sheer indifference virtually everyone has towards them really does help them enormously over the course of a season.

At what stage does someone in the media stand up and be counted and call this out. Its obvious they have a few paid pundits but surely there's someone with a backbone, isn't there
