Agree mate. They have been able to rest players because of such a favourable CL draw and today was the day they really had to dig in. Credit to them though, they were there for the taking. No Salah, no Van Dijk for ET and Chelsea inexplicably didn't stick Werner on to run them ragged. Found that a bizarre decision from Tuchel.

Tactically he had worn them down but surely after the 1st half of ET where they were dominant they should have looked to put Werner on so he could have stretched them.

Their team for Tuesday will be based on who has the legs for it. Much like our team for the semi of the cup was. If we win tomorrow, and what a huge incentive for us to, Klopp will need to get the cotton wool out ready for Paris.

Doing the exact same thing in one season, oh and throw in a Community Shield too (rags count it in the gpc trophy count) obviously pales into insignificance then.

The best way to prevent the mass hysteria is by ignoring the hype. It’s not our job to stop Liverpool. City are the only team currently doing just that. The other teams need to stop rolling over. The quad is not happening anyway. Champions league is 50/50.

They were just ‘liberating’ the products of an oppressive capitalist regime into the general population for the greater good. They’ve got istree for this don’t forget, why they kicked that nasty Blue team out of ‘that glorious under the lights’ stadium because a mayor ( grey areas about his politics) to bring a team in for a florin and two hapennies who succeeded against all odds.
