Why didn't they wear black arm bands for Heysel anniversary?

Why don’t they have a memorial for it at their stadium, why don’t they have a moment’s silence for it at their first home game every season, why don’t the acknowledge it?

And this is where the problem lies. They think they can do what they want, say what they want and get away with what they want. Even the video on SSN in defence of them shows fans climbing over a fence. Typical Liverpool fans.

Messaged a mate something similar earlier on - statements like this (especially before all the facts are known) is not fucking helping matters at all............

I lived in Spain nigh on 12 years and the Guardia Civil had a fearsome reputation. In time we realised that they were not there to smash your face in but to actually defend you, no matter what nationally you were. I have alot of respect for them. If you step out of line then you best get ready for the consequences.

Exactly this. I lived in Paris for 4 years and came away with a similar opinion.

We're just used to the soft touch. Far more beneficial here to take money off you for parking on a double yellow than do something about the soaring violent crime rate.

SAme here. We see the videos of lfc fans trying to get in or to buy fake tickets.... No ACTUAL footage of being teargassed.... And all those reporters there too??! With Camera's.

Maybe some of it true what the lfc fans are saying but the more I hear and see it looks like a media whitewash in the name of clickbait lfc fans.
