...Of course it does....you needed to ask?
It's because of our "istree, la"
With the Euros over, the transfer market will go into overdrive and I think that will determine much of what will happen this coming season.
For us, I think, no excuses, most of the team have had a summer off. It is hoped that those injured last season will be back (although there is no telling whether they will be better or worse) and fans should be back.
City are once again in my view the benchmark with everyone else trying to reach those standards.
Looking forward to it.
But what 'it means more' really mean?
What does 'tell me never' mean?
And as we ?are on meaningless slogans can you help with 'lts Coming Home'?

They mean...we have spent shit loads of money on consultants who have tried to build a "brand" and to create some aspirational bullshit for people "in the global football family" to buy into.
In other words...this means more....means nothing.
...but then what do I know...I am a grumpy old man stuck in the past...jumpers for goalposts anyone.

Cheers. It's not often a scousers makes me smile without the team getting beaten.
Nowt wrong with being a grumpy old man. My grumpiness today is over the bastardization of English by Americans and those that blindly follow their errors.

I think it would be dangerous for Klopp and Liverpool to assume that Van Dijk will ever be the same player again after that injury at that age. We’ve seen it first hand at City how even much younger lads like Mendy and Sane just weren’t the same players after doing their cruciates. A lot may depend on how the new CB signing settles in.

Probably less devastating for a central defender than a winger tbf.

Disappointed in myself with how much pleasure i took in Henderson playing poorly last night simply because he plays for Liverpool. I think i have a problem
No, youre just good at spotting an absolute raft of dire decisions by Southgate and the English team selection committee
a) from when the Euro's squad was chosen
b) when Henderson made a match-day squad
c) when the cardboard cutout has been substituted on.

Thank god there was no d) started a match

NB appalling decisions a,b & c, are not nullified by the stupendous decision to sub off the plywood plastic.
