The league Cup is governed by the EFL.
Likely to be different rules.

They were trying to make it a one leg game as soon as they went through. I bet they only end up having to play 1 game - at home

They can't get any luck can they? Last year they become the first club ever to have 3 injuries simultaneously which was completely unheard of, and now they're the first club to suffer from covid. Whys it always them?

Let them rearrange it, theyll have to play it before Feb so it's just another fixture pile up.
