It seems they're including the known absences of Salah, Keita and Mane in their reasoning for a postponement, under the recently changed guidelines. The BBC articles suggests only 3 playing staff have positive cases so that, plus the 3 away at ACFON, plus injuries, means they must be around the 13 player limit.

Personally, as those 3 were never going to be available anyway, I think that's a little underhand.

Also looks like Klopp would miss the game if it went ahead on Thursday.

If they postpone Thursday surely they would have to postpone the fa cup on Sunday
Now the president has been set for a forfeit in the fa cup if you can't field a team
