All of the above missed out on European Football due to the European ban, add to that clubs that missed out on English clubs return due to the limit imposed (which I think included us for finishing 5th in 91/92 season).

I’m presuming Will Smith did the slap to avoid being done for damages. When I lived in Dortmund, I often saw genuinely hard lads fighting by slapping each other even when pissed up. Compensation is pretty much automatic, done through an arbitrator. It includes all medical and dental bills which can add up to a lot.
 
They haven't beaten us since 2019. The aura of those champions League games is fading. We've outplayed them every time since and have been unlucky not to win in any of the drawn fixtures.
The idea that klopps got peps number is a myth.
We take our chances we win.

Didn't know that. Germans have got to have a system so they can stick rigidly to it. Did the winner get an Urkunde to display on his wall?;)
I think the consent angle might disqualify one or both participants either in a civil case or from being a claim under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme here. I assume that both parties conducting their own cases?
I would guess that Dortmunder Ritter and other products of that fine brewery often were factors in the disputes. Some of the names will come back in the course of the evening.
