Extended as part of a deal with the owners to leave - they let him go without a fuss and get a big compensation payment from his new club.

"Klopp is now the next manager likely to build a dynasty at a club in the manner of Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United and Arsene Wenger at Arsenal".

Says the BBC and that Liverpool born cult **** McNulty.

Have they never heard of Pep, who's won 6 trophies in 6 years? Wenger - 10 trophies in 22 years, Klipperty - 3 trophies in 7 years. YCNMIU.
Just seen that but can I add
* as good a guarantee of success as it’s gets”
“ World best defender in Vigil Van Dyke”

I think it’s 50/50 now, they have a huge amount of belief and momentum on their side.
There is only us that can stop them. Let’s hope, we’ve played them twice in the league and outplayed them on both occasions. The cup semi we gave them that. Let’s hope we can beat them next time out.

6 trophies?

Sounds like everything is going well for Liverpool. In a world governed by the law of averages they are due a setback or two. I am hoping there are a few setbacks before the end of the season that means they have only 1 trophy to parade to their fans in Toxteth.

And therein lies the problem with statistics.

It would be interesting to see how many of those Liverpool penalties came at game changing moments and how many of those City penalties were awarded when the game had already been put to bed.

So many times over the last few seasons Liverpool have struggled to make inroads against teams until they were 'awarded' a controversial free kick/penalty.
I did say if you went looking in statistics you can find out what you want to find out.

A lot of talk about how many penalties Mo Salah gets/wins/whatever 15 or 20 a season probably. I also see a lot of facts quoted on here. Yes Liverpool have had more penalties than any other Premier League side, one more than Man Utd I believe. But I did not think Salah had been awarded that many so I tried to find out but only came up with those he had taken. And then I thought 2 things have happened, Klopp arrives and then VAR, which according to this site would basically relegate Liverpool as we seemed to score about 20 blatantly offside goals a season. So I looked at the pen stats since 2017/18 and it seems if you look in the right place (myfootballfacts.com) stats will tell you what you/I want to believe.
City 57, Utd 51, Chelsea 41, Liverpool 39, Arsenal 34, Spurs 33.
dress it up all you like, without cheating you cunts would be nowhere . no league cup no FA cup and below top 4 in the league .
