What could they achieve by buying Liverpool? It would be expensive and little hope that they would gain any value, it would be more likely they they would take over a sleeping giant of a club and build it up, that appears to be the model

There’s no such thing as a socialist billionaire, of course, but any group that comes in has to keep a line of communication open between the club and supporters to ensure an element of accountability

Maybe the new owners should insist a level of communication from fans to the club where the fans ensure there is an element of accountability for their actions!
