Based on actual spending reality, they could continue to buy as a mid spending team.


Or they could just chop their spending in half and change into an awesome team that somehow is placed 2nd in the league behind a team that has spent 4 times as much as the plucky 2nd placed team.
But maybe they go for it and aspire to spend over 2.5 times more than they already do, to be United and really under achieve - that’s probably why their fans think Mbappe et al are in the way…
 
Spending £40m on Gaudy Cackpoo just to make the £80m spent on Donkey Nunez look like a good transfer.

According to the Football media, the only 2 clubs Bellingham will go to are Liverpool and Real Madrid. Sadly City are out of the race. (arf!)

Interesting that when the Dippers are being linked with him he becomes an £80 million player, when we get linked it's £130 million.
