that picture has been taken before it hit rodris body,when the ball actually hits rodris body it hits him on the shoulder,the ref and var got it right, maybe the var did look at it ,not stop it at the picture, let it run and saw it hit him clearly on the shoulder, they didn't fuck up and communicated that to the ref.If thats against City I and probably 99% City fans would call that a penalty. I assume you wouldnt?
I dont mind either way, the refs fucked up imo and I love that even more that lfc's pain was caused by that. We've had enough of that shit tbh.
In fact the ref didnt fuck up imo, it was the VAR team , the ref couldnt see the incident. If he was called to the monitor he's obvs giving that.
