They’re desperately trying to avoid acknowledging that they are now more in a relegation battle than a race for CL qualification.

Literally a loss or two draws (and unfavourable results elsewhere) from being in 18th place.

It'd be fun for the meltdown,if they were to drop into the danger zones.

Interestingly,or not so to lots of City fans,is that the penny seems to have finally dropped with lots of the cult supporters regarding Fsg's lack of investment in their team.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see some nasty challenges from them next week.

When you think about the impact Gundogan's goal vs Villa and the CL final loss must've had on them, and then combine that with their current fall from grace whilst we're still flying, I'm a bit bothered they'll take out their frustration on some of our players.
I’m sure the refs will be aware of this and offer our team the full protection of the foul play laws, as stated in the association football rules*

A great win mate, enjoy.

Arsenal finally have the makings of a team that can challenge although I still say top 4 this year will be a great season for you.

I enjoyed the win, so thank you. But I really hope we do better than scraping top 4. My hope is we get 10 pounts over last season. If we could get second it would be a huge improvement

Think it's a season too early for a sustained title challenge from you tbh, but there's definitely a better mentality and a lot more quality there. Your board need to keep backing Arteta as he needs more squad depth.
