I get where you're both coming from; honestly, I do. But, as of now, the cultists are 10 points behind us. I don't see them as a title rival. To say I'd be disappointed if we lost that much to them over 2/3 of a season would be an understatement.
Burt we could enjoy another week of Dipper meltdown and Klopp Out calls

I don’t think it’s fair to say that if you don’t know what was said to him (as none of us do). Correct outcome, but for the reasons it was correct I don’t think you’re entitled to judge Gabriel.
Based predominantly on nothing more than a look of Firminho's punchable face.......Plenty were very quick to judge Henderson though.

As for what was actually said, based on the FA comments and investigation, the answer to that would appear nothing even close to what was being assumed......hence my comment.

Fucking odd times we live in.

Leeds have been ripe for years. Surprised it's not already happened. Stadium looks fairly easy to improve as well. Have a bit of heritage to boot. . . . well, more than Man City did.

===================================================================================================

More fact free rubbish from Squawk...

a club formed over 20 years after City (from a club formed a decade after City) that have an all time average attendance nearly 5,000 lower than City's, who surpassed City's 2 league titles in the last year before the PL started and who've one FA Cup and one League Cup, with no European trophies of any significance have "more heritage" than City...

Whatever metric you use as a guide for "heritage" this bin dipping rat eater is clearly a few sandwiches short of a picnic.
Leeds are a good club, but they aren’t City.

Even before this current era City had won 2 First Division titles, 4 FA Cups, 2 EFL Cups, 1 UEFA European Cup Winners Cup and 3 Community Shields (12) compared to Leeds’ 3 First Division titles, 1 FA Cup, 1 EFL Cup and 2 Community Shields (7).

Leeds are 15th for most trophies won (7) [City are 5th (29) and were 9th (12) pre-takeover]
Leeds are 19th in the all-time league table [City are 6th and were 8th pre-takeover]
Leeds are 25th for most seasons in the top flight (53) [City are 6th and were 6th pre-takeover (94)]
As a one club city, Leeds are 12th for all-time average attendances (25,768) [as a countless club city, City are 8th (30,394)]
As a one club city, Leeds are 22nd for all-time highest attendance in their own stadium (57,892) [City are 1st (84,569) and probably have over 50 attendances above Leeds’ record]
As a one club city and in a stadium bigger than City’s at the time (Elland Road 37,792 v Maine Road 32,550), Leeds (23,813; 24,818; and 26,546) didn’t beat City’s (28,273 which was a record at that level) average attendance in the third tier despite the Rags winning the treble in the season City were in the third tier and two other Greater Manchester clubs being in a division above City. Leeds didn’t have a Leeds Rovers who were winning the treble or Farsley and anything like a Headingly County in the Championship when Leeds were in the third tier. In the season both Leeds and Norwich got promoted from the third tier in 2010 Leeds only achieved an average attendance 167 higher than Norwich when their stadium holds 10,433 more.

Considering Leeds is about as true a one club city as you will find, is probably the biggest one club city you will find anywhere and their club are the biggest in West Yorkshire with very few clubs in surrounding towns like Wakefield, Batley, Dewsbury, Castleford, Keighley etc. they must be one of the worst supported clubs in the country for numbers through their history.

However, their fans are the best in England for atmosphere at this moment in time and they do have the potential with the right long-term investment over decades to become one of the biggest clubs in the country if they can tap football into their population more than it has been in their history.

I’ve nothing against Leeds, they’re a good club with good vocal support these days. It’s not like I’ve set out to belittle them. Just Liverpool fans lying to belittle City again made me get more facts up that refutes the Cultists lies!

They have more supporters in London than they do in in Liverpool, why is that? Because they are the most successful club in English football. They were nothing crowd wise until Littlewoods started pumping money in, for a good 40 years they have never seen hard times. In this period we were good towards the end of the 70s and then sunk towards the depths of division 2 in that time then came back again.

As a group of supporters they don’t have the ability to laugh at themselves like City do. The only reason the majority support them is because they can sit in pubs in Rhyl and Warrington giving it the 6 times bollocks. They don’t enjoy football they only enjoy in basking in the reflected glory.

As for the point Re Klopp, they’ve all come out of the woodwork in the last 4 years. I see more kids knocking around in Liverpool shirts than there are in United shirts where I am. They’ve got giddy again thinking it’s the 1980s.

They all started deserting under Hodgson, if they had to endure what we did between the 80s until 1999 would the ‘spirit of shankley’ be handing out loads of their shit flags on the kop for their staged Ynwa sing a long every other Saturday?
Everton as well. We have a very dark sense of humour. We kind of have to.
