Had to go and watch the thing that's come from in search of context. Didn't actually see that clip in it but I think I now at least understand it.

The guy is doing a fifa rating series for himself, at the end of this one you hear him say Klopp rated him on his physical stats prior to the kdb episode so there's the reference.

As much as I want it to be an unbelievable dig at their special inhalers, it's not. Not going to stop me using it out of context to wind up dippers though.
