Actively chanting the name of a homophobic human rights abuser who aids Russian oligarchs and is best buds with war criminal al assad. They're far worse than their neighbours, however annoying United fans have been in the past, City fans have become tools for an autocracy, brainwashed and backward in their thinking. But it was all tickety boo in the 70s and 80s to have no competition. Now there is competition - very high performance elite and entertaining competition (the most exciting finishes and run ins in top flight history), and they don't like it.

Fernando Torres was very good signing for Liverpool, can’t remember if the whole of Europe was in for him, they managed to extract a lot of money out of Chelsea where he was terrible.

I would argue that Torres was a good prospect at Athletico who went to another level with them but there was nowhere near the same interest as with Bellingham. I’m not disputing that they’ve made what ultimately became good signings.
