The guy that thinks getting to a CL final counts as a trophy?
I love that sort of thing. All getting to a final proves is that you were lucky enough to avoid the best team earlier on. Was it Millwall who got to the FA Cup final once without facing a single Premier League team?

Another thing that has sort of disappeared in the last few years since Klopp has started trying in the cups is how many of their 'great' performances in the league were helped by them basically deliberately going out of the cups early. They were losing to us while playing around 10 games less than us every year.

I have read reports today saying how Dublin is concerned about the number of fans who will travel without tickets if dippers reach the Thursday night final. Pretty simple one for me, firstly Klipperty comes out and says the opposite of last year and secondly anyone flying in or on ferries etc that doesn’t have a ticket doesn’t get let in. I know there are loads of dippers in Ireland but at least this could stop thousands. The other thing that could be done is to say all benefits will be stopped for those travelling without a valid ticket…
Stop the Chelsea fans

Remember when Pep couldn't be considered a success because he hadn't won the CL?

1 Premier league title in a pandemic year, of stop/start football.
Their only 1 in 33 yrs.
1 Champions league where they lost almost a third of their games (4 out of 13).
This after qualifying in 4th place in the Premier league, a full 25pts behind the champions that year, Manchester City,100 pts.
Don't let the media spoonfeed you bullshit.
Danny Mills was/is correct

They’ve spent the best part of 30 odd years on the Premier League gravy train where the likes of them, Arsenal and United got 15 percent on the Sky money whilst the likes of City, Chelsea, Oldham Athletic etc got 10 percent back in 1992.

Then add to that finishing in the champions league spots when it extended out to a four team from England qualifying in the 2000s. They have had a financial advantage over City for a very long time if you go back to their spending when Littlewoods were pumping money in.

They like to cling to this idea they can’t rub a couple of quid together when they’ve been able to spend as much as everyone else and float the idea that Klopp works on a budget likened to Sam Allardyce when he was at Bolton.

Liverpool have similar revenues to City, the difference is our owners aren’t fishing for their dividends at the end of the financial year. This is the reason why Klopp only has one Premier League title to show for 9 years of work. Why don’t the cultists who follow that club ask the question about where the money has gone rather than getting out the excel spreadsheet to show how great their net spend is?

Keep saying if the trophy counts were the other way round during the Pep v Klopp era, would it even be talked of as a rivalry?
