They did for a couple of years.
I find it odd how the press gush over them when they are in the same bracket for winning the league as many times in the last 30 plus years as Leicester and Blackburn.
 
Dippers will be getting all giddy now and dreaming of a quadruple , no doubt they will win the Carabao Cup and possibly the Thursday night cup , but we are not giving away our title or FA Cup they will have to beat us to win either and history says they are going to fail miserably.
By the time the Champs league returns KDB , Doku and Stones hopefully will be fully fit and available which makes us firm favourites for a Champs league final in 2024 at Wembley , it would be hard to match 2023 but this squad and manager have every chance

The City bench today was finally quite ‘deep’ (even for a , hopefully, routine game) - despite the lack of Silva, Stones & Haaland. Kudos for Rodri even being in this country.

The Arsenal bench today, also looked pretty good.

The Liverpool bench… well the phrase ‘scraping the barrel’ was quite apt, they had Jota and Gravenbach and then …

If they win the league cup and Thursday night cup. You can guarantee it will get more arse licking coverage by the media than our treble/quintuple

Liverpool are very brittle and their defence coughs up so many chances in games, if you take 25% of the chances you get you will win by 4 or 5, Arsenal today should have been so far in front by halftime they could have taken 4 or 5 players off and play some youth players and still win.

Their luck will run out and one bad result will get the fans on the player's backs and Klopp will be moaning that the grass or the wind was the reason why we lost.
 
Will Nunez be charged for hitting that fan over the head or will it be reported as a bit of fun.

Yeah,whist his defending remains horrific. Martinelli strolled past him twice in the space of a couple of minutes. The genius that is Southgate knows he can’t defend so will probably play him in the centre ahead of Foden in the Euros.

It’s started again in January, just like the last time, when they failed to win any of the trophies.

The Liverpool loving football media made up ‘new quadruple’.

The PL title, the Thursday Night Cup, the FA Cup, and the Carabao Cup.
