Turned over to SSN for the 1st time today since the international break to be greeted with joyous scenes of Plopp bear hugging all his returning dipper players in training. Meanwhile a sad graphic of Pep was displayed on the screen with a long list of City players potentially injured.

It's not even subtle in the way both clubs are portrayed in the build up to the match.
You turned over 2 days to early mate

All the better, when we smash them, no excuses (altho I'm sure they'll desperately find some) can you see headline "injury ravaged city demolish full strength Liverpool" no? Me neither. Fuck em, as Metallica sang, searching, seek and destroy! It will be nervy at times, especially early on, but we will hammer them cunts, have faith, believe. I'm looking forward to Monday morning as I work with a few of the feral fuckwits.

Remember anyone going to the match on Saturday.
Singing champions again ole ole has a Spanish theme which we all know is directed at real Madrid beating them in Paris, so obviously we are mocking the fans who got pepper sprayed. Which obviously links to the time before they got beat of Madrid in the final which of course was the season Sean Cox was tragically seriously injured. Just think about it before you sing champions again.
Also for consideration when singing old Trafford is falling down, it's obviously in reference to inadequate stadiums which obviously links to 1985 and 1989.
Just remember your actions when singing these songs.
In fact out of respect we can only sing the songs liverpool sing.

Let’s go the whole hog with a rousing rendition of YNWA at kick off.

I was thinking this myself.

"Ederson and Ake, Walker and Akanji, Reuben Dias, Johnny Stones.
The best defence in Europe, We're Manchester City,

On our way to Istanbul." - a clear reference to when Liverpool won it themselves in Istanbul which was the first time they'd won it after the European ban that was in place because of the tragedy at Heysel. Just watch yourselves blues and think before you sing.

"Whoa, we're the boys in blue,

Whoa, coming after you..." - obviously comparing ourselves to the Liverpool/Chelsea/National Front supporters who "came after" the Juventus fans in the tragedy at Heysel. Come on blues, we're better than this.

Or what about this -

"Bluemoon, you saw me standing alone..." - is this taking the piss out of the fact that after the initial 5 year ban for all English club after the tragedy at Heysel, Liverpool served an additional year's ban which indeed saw them literally "standing alone" ? We just have to think how this might affect the poor souls in the away end before we start firing chants off.

Very good , but the most egregious chant we have is clearly ‘City, City, City’, which obviously harks back to the despicable and dismissive way Liverpool as a conurbation have been treated by every govt since the 50’s, meaning it’s a slight against the entire population , and compensation should be paid to each and everyone of the victims…

On reflection, I've acted disgracefully over the years.
