Yep, imo it will go down to the wire.
Hopefully we turn up at Anfield for a change
We do normally turn up at Anfield.
But the Premier league as decided that this is the 'take the piss out of Pep and City' fixture, no matter how blatant it looks.
Not being allowed to win there is one thing but the whole collective nature of their fans officials and media joining as one to give City a going over in this fixture is quickly turning this into the April the 1st of the footballing calender

Didn’t see their game as I was at ours but listening to the radio on the way back apparently Chelsea should have had 2 clear pens, one at 0 0 and one at 3 1? Game changing moments and interestingly Paul fucking tierney, the ref who couldn’t send Milner off, five times

Presumably the pathetic element of their support who claim there is a conspiracy from match officials to stop them winning the league are suitably embarrassed.

If only there was a sanitary product that could be deployed as a metaphor to adequately describe them...

What I've seen tonight was another shit half of football when we did feck all apart from passing the ball around to seven Hells of Death. And I've seen another goal conceded at the very end of the game.
Listen mate, I am a very partisan City supporter, but I also have eyes and I don't like what I've ben seeing. And I particularly don' like our stats this season. Or let's blame Pep taking us to those giddying heights , so playing at this level feels like mediocrity.
Last night's team was a very strange one for Pep - lots of attacking players and few control players. Yes the second half was not great but it did not have to be. Burnley were beaten and the points were in the bag. In previous seasons we have improved as Spring approaches and, to me, it looks like everything is coming together nicely. We are joint top scorers with the dippers despite playing one game less and having our main striker out for months.
If we tighten up our defence which we should be able to do now everyone is fit I can see us going on a run and we have the experience to win it ahead of the dippers.

"and having our main striker out for months" To be fair, they've had their main striker playing which is why they're only joint top scorers. And that's not even a joke.
