Liverpool have pretty much weathered all the storms without breaking much sweat. Annoyingly I might add.

They still have a few ageing players so whether they build on from here remains to be seen. I don't think it will be a canter again next season.

I hate saying it, but to be absolutely fair, they've had some amazing points totals and not won it because of us. They actually deserve to win one without the covid asterix after it. Hopefully normal service will be resumed next season

Don't forget we were top until the Rodri injury and then further injuries decimated the squad, particularly our defence. In addition our top players, after four magnificent years, hit the wall. A little similar to Arsenal. Us three teams have been the top three in the league for years so Liverpool just went on a roll and never looked back.
