Yeah, but I always thought that a touch line ban was just the name and there were actually more stipulations. What did Mourinho have when he hid in a laundry basket that time?I think it’s a touch line ban.
Why does anyone connected with this shit stain of a club believe they are the 'peoples champions' when the reality is, every other fucker hates them ?
110% ..... There should be clubs like coventry, wimbledon and luton who could do with the money now going public on looking for historical compensation for earnings lost during the European ban.Even their fans are hated by their own club ? How can your club back up what they did in Europe at every away game
The FA should have finished them right there and then and dismantle the whole club from the English Football pyramid.
We are not talking silly FFP rules that they want Manchester City kicked out of football, But a major incident that people never come home from a football match.
What did the FA do fuck all ? Uefa Banned all English clubs from Europe Because they knew our own football governing body would do fuck all about it, WHY kick all English clubs out, So many clubs missed out of European football and lost £millions, Maybe other clubs should have sued Liverpool FC for loss of earnings and glory ? Maybe they can go back and reopen the case on this
I found this strange at the time as I don't recall City fans giving him any shit on the day or there being any pre-match comments to warrant this reaction, especially as the Dipper fans were only 25m to the left. There players never do it
Because the tragedy of Heysel was the culmination of years and years of English fans causing mayhem throughout Europe.Even their fans are hated by their own club ? How can your club back up what they did in Europe at every away game

It wasn’t just that one incident.
Thankfully, by the time the ban ended, the curse of hooliganism had passed into history.
Well it is all there on film and video and in print110% ..... There should be clubs like coventry, wimbledon and luton who could do with the money now going public on looking for historical compensation for earnings lost during the European ban.
Another great idea is that sheik mansour asks lord pannick to organise his legal team to help out the smaller clubs. We develop good relationships with these clubs while tying up the dippers legal team in years of wrangling while we sit back.
We could even get a letter sent on City headed notepaper
It’s not right to say that very few English teams had European football in the 80s.Not many other Big English teams had European football every season like Liverpool
Liverpool fans were at it all the time from raiding shops and pubs and anything they could get their hands on.
Yes hooliganism was an English disease, But with Liverpool, it was all about the loot they could take home first and getting in for free without paying or having a ticket and then fighting, Scum of the earth and every European city didn't what Liverpool playing one of their clubs.
You're right. It’s not right to say that very few English teams had European football in the 80s.
There were four or five teams in the UEFA Cup every season, plus the ECWC and European Cup.
Hooliganism was rife. I clearly recall hearing reports of it every midweek that English clubs had away fixtures in the European competitions.
I know Littlewoods fans were the worst, but they weren’t the only ones causing trouble.

You're right.
Far right gangs used fans of various clubs to kick off around Europe.
There issues became the most highlighted because of Heysel.
Have they learned their lesson?
Athens
Seville
Istanbul
Paris
All recorded incidents brushed under the carpet in the past 20 years alone.
Let's see if Murkeyside police even bother to investigate this?
